The precision CNC machining process involves multiple steps. Based on the product design drawings, a 3D model is created using CAD software. Then, CAM software converts the model into a CNC program, generating machining paths and instructions. Next, the machine tool is set up, cutting tools and workpiece are installed, and the program is input.
During machining, the machine tool automatically performs operations, while the operator monitors the running status to ensure quality. After completion, the machined part is inspected, and dimensional accuracy is verified using measuring tools such as calipers or a coordinate measuring machine. If necessary, post-processing such as cleaning or surface treatment is performed.
