A: Both. We support every stage: single‑piece prototypes, low‑volume pilot runs (10–100 pcs), and high‑volume production (1000+ pcs). No matter your project phase, we have the right process and capacity.
Q2:What materials can you machine? Do you provide material certificates?
A: We machine all common metals and engineering plastics (see the specifications table). Every material lot can be supplied with a Material Test Report (MTR) for full traceability.
Q3:What tolerances can you achieve?
A: Standard tolerance is ±0.05mm. For high‑precision parts, we hold ±0.005mm, and grinding can reach ±0.002mm. The final tolerance depends on material, geometry, and surface requirements-we will confirm it during quoting.
Q4:How do you ensure quality?
A: We are ISO9001 certified. Each operation has in‑process inspections, and finished parts are fully measured with CMM and other precision instruments. A complete Inspection Report accompanies every shipment.
Q5:How do I get a quote? What information do you need?
A: Please send your 3D CAD files (STEP, IGES, or STL) and/or 2D engineering drawings (DWG or DXF). Also specify material, quantity, tolerance requirements, and surface finish. We'll respond with a detailed quote and technical feedback within 24 hours.
